Hometown Heroes Lottery features prize home in Courtenay

The 2025 Hometown Heroes Lottery just launched and one of the nine grand prize homes is located in Courtenay. Found at 3235 Winchester Avenue, Courtenay, in the Crown Isle neighbourhood and developed by Integra Homes.
The prize home is worth over $2.5 million, is a 2,666 sq. ft home and has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a two car garage.
The prize package also includes: A $50,000 Design Therapy Furniture Package, a 2025 VW ID.BUZZ Electric, two2025 Specialized Vado 3.0 Electric Bikes, $10,000 Crown Isle Pro Shop Gift Certificate, a $2,500 Mt. Washington Alpine Resort Gift Card and $305,000 in cash.

Ticket sales from the Hometown Heroes Lottery support VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation, raising essential funds for specialized adult health services at VGH, UBC Hospital, GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre, Vancouver Coastal Health Research Institute, and Vancouver Community Health Services.
They also support Burn Fund programs, such as the Home Away program, which offers accommodations to burn and trauma survivors at the Burn Fund Centre in Vancouver, mental health support for burn survivors and fire fighters, as well as the annual Burn Camp for young burn survivors.
