About the British Columbia Professional Fire Fighters - Burn Fund
A registered charity established in 1978 by the BC Professional Fire Fighters Association, the Burn Fund is dedicated to supporting burn survivors through their recovery journeys every step of the way. More than 4,200 professional firefighters from 53 communities in BC and the Yukon are building the Burn Fund’s vision. They dedicate their time and skills to support burn survivors and increase the public’s knowledge about fire and burn prevention. The Burn Fund supports these firefighters through mental health and resiliency programs, and by providing Home Away accommodations. For more information, please visit burnfund.org.
