Global TV: Young burn survivor tells story of treatment and support at BC Children's Hospital

Keira McKenzie and her mom Terresa spoke on Global TV this morning to share the story of Keira's treatment at the BC Children’s Hospital. Keira is sharing her story of how she was badly burned in support of the Choices Lottery.
The Choices Lottery supports world-leading research initiatives that lead to innovative discoveries and treatments, which in turn directly help experts at BC Children's Hospital advance their quest to conquer childhood illnesses. More than 1,000 researchers work to push the boundaries of what's possible and lottery funds help accelerate the pace of turning discoveries into life-saving treatments - ultimately helping more kids get back to being kids.
BC Children's Hospital Foundation’s 2023 Choices Lottery was once again a huge success. This year’s lottery launched on January 19, 2023, and it sold out early on March 26, 2023.
The Choices Lottery grand prize draw will be taking place on Thursday, April 27.
